Yum Cookies!
So I was checking out this blog the other day, sweetopia. Great site. The blog interviewed the author of the cookbook called, cookie swap. I just love the look of the book. I love making cookies that I can decorate with icing. This author has some very creative ideas. Check it out. I can't wait to make Easter cookies. What is your favourite cookie? Do you decorate cookies at all?

Which Easter cookies do you make? I was visiting AllRecipes yesterday and saw some peanut butter chocolate "eggs". Not cookies, really, but home made, and you can decorate them as well! Last year, we made Rice Krispie eggs, dipped them in chocolate, and then in sprinkles.

I make different kinds. I love sugar cookies. You can cut them into any shape you like and decorate with coloured icing. Kids love decorating them too. also I make Linzer cookies. Don't think I spelled that correctly. But what it is is you have 2 cookies the same shape out of one of the cookies you have a small shape cut out of it. You put jam or some other filling like lemon or icing in between the cookies. The sprinkle with icing sugar. They are beautiful. I will email you a pic later.
